Special congratulations to NEST Assistant instructor Marc Matthews 1st Dan and his fiancee Lyndsay on the birth of their new son born on the 9th September. Amazingly Marc delivered Tommy himself at home with the ambulance service on the other end of the telephone, quite a different challenge to taking his 1st Dan two years
