The recent UKTA National Technical Seminar and Black Belt grading took place on Sept 13th-15th in Cardiff. Mr Darren Johns VI and Cardiff North Taekwon-Do School hosted the event in the C.M.C Sports & Social, Sports Hall University Hospital Wales Cardiff.
During the 9hr course our Grand Masters John Williamson, John Taylor and Gary Miller covered all aspects of Taekwon-Do including Fundamental movements working through all 24 Patterns, Sparring, Flying Technique and Self- Defence.
There was also an opportunity for some of the attendees to take their Dan promotions in front of the Grand Masters on the Sunday.
