UKTA and BTC Instructor Course: Safeguarding and Child Protection
Your attendance is strongly advised at this event if you are one of the following
- UKTA Registered School Instructor (RSI)
- BTC Registered Instructor
- Assistant Instructor (i.e. anyone taking classes where the RSI is not in the same room, unless in the event of an emergency)
- Coach or assistant coach
- Anyone wishing to become one of the above in the near future (if under 18, please apply directly to Head Office)
To renew your DBS / PVG at this course the cost is £75. A new DBS / PVG application is £100. There is no UKTA fee.
The importance of NGB instructor/coach accreditation and education in safeguarding is vital, and a current topic in sport at the highest level. As this is our first course since 2019, the UKTA and BTC strongly advise your physical attendance to ensure safety and wellbeing for you and your students.
Dress code, navy suit UKTA tie and white shirt.
